I am an Infrastructure Delivery Manager with experience in both Agile and Prince2 methodologies who has been managing projects since 2007.In my previous role, I managed projects including: Cloud based Call Centre telephony (CCaaS), SAS Data Warehouse upgrade, Active Directory upgrade, Windows Server deployments, RADAR Upgrades, Windows Server OS upgrades, Network device upgrades, IT Security projects, Cost Savings initiatives, Reception Telephony implementation, On premise file share migrations to SharePoint and OneDrive, Cloud migrations of on-premise solutions as part of esure’s Transformation Programme, such as Kofax, Luware, Verint WFM and PagerDuty. Decommission of services hosted in our Datacentres to facilitate total the decommission of our Datacentres. Proficient in Atlassian software (Jira & Confluence)In previous roles, I managed huge Infrastructure Refresh Programmes with budgets up to £2.5m, WAN Optimisation deployments, VMWare upgrades, VOIP or MS Teams deployments and global Office Moves (UK, Los Angeles, New York, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hamburg and others).
