My focus is the zone between project and people management employing the skills of both to focus teams on producing high volumes of high quality software enabling companies to release customer focused products in a timely fashion.I began my career as a software developer moving up through people and project management roles over the years. Within the software development community I have run both individual teams of 5 to 15 people and groups of engineering teams including over 75 staff. This has involved direct or indirect management of development teams, QA teams, and mixed teams in agile and waterfall environments. I have a strong project management background with the ability to discuss technical issues directly with developers. I enjoy a role where I can help grow both engineering groups and products by providing input at all levels of engineering activities.
