   Contributes to overall company marketing and product strategies. • Provides creative leadership, direction and inspiration to Bonobos’ brand, marketing, and design teams to develop truly unique, innovative, and original brand and creative strategies that respect Bonobos heritage while propelling the company into the future. • Develops overall themes and concepts for Bonobos to ensure that creative, thematic consistency and brand identity are developed and are reflected through external communication as well as in all aspects of the omni-channel business – from corporate identity, to marketing, to e-commerce, store design, etc. • Leads and manages the Art Direction, Creative Production, and Fashion direction teams while collaborating with cross-functional marketing partners, merchandising, and design teams to ensure key understanding and execution of the brand themes and to ensure designs meet the set goals and reflect seasonal themes. • Collaborates with design leadership on consumer and product trend forecasting to inform our assortment and creative marketing themes. • Manage external and internal resources to forecast future trends/direction and execute significant programs that will have a substantial impact on the success of the business • Manage relevant external agencies or consultants in concepting and producing campaigns and content, and creating assets
