I am an Associate Consultant with Axiom Communications in the UK and ten Company in Benelux.I am an Author and a Speaker. I have published a case study on B&Q with Manchester Business School, written a White Paper on Omni-Channel retailing and a report on the UK DIY Market. I have delivered Guest Lectures on Omni-Channel Retailing for Manchester Business School\'s Internet Marketing programme and have spoken at conferences on Omni-Channel Retailing and the UK DIY Market in the UK, Germany, Belgium, Sweden, Italy and Greece. I currently am a Guest Lecturer at the University of Winchester Business School delivering a case study on strategy and innovation for the Help To Grow Management programme.
