Bradford, GB

As Head of Commercial Operations at Morrisons, I lead three core teams—Data, Trade Planning, and Merchandising—across both Wholesale and Convenience channels. My remit spans the full commercial planning cycle, ensuring that strategy, execution, and performance are seamlessly aligned through operating where Strategy meets technology, people, operating models and ways of working. Operating with smart simplicity being one of the key levers to drive improved performance. I partner closely with New Business teams to help shape and support growth opportunities, and my teams work directly with company-owned and operated stores to ensure commercial plans land effectively on the shop floor. I collaborate extensively with Buying teams to optimise range, pricing, promotions, and space, while working alongside Supply Chain to assist in safeguarding availability and end-to-end operational efficiency.Through a data-driven and customer-focused approach, I ensure that commercial decisions are insight-led, operationally robust, and deliver value across our retail and wholesale estate.
