I currently lead a team of PMs who launch zero-to-one financial projects, manage scaled programs, and run growth optimizations.Head of Refund Advance programI lead the Turbotax/Credit Karma Refund Advance program. For many Americans, their tax refund is their largest paycheck of the year. Lower-income individuals often file early but wait weeks for their refund. With Refund Advance, eligible TurboTax filers who deposit into CK Money can receive a portion of their refund instantly, with no fee. The program is beloved by our customers and is a major growth driver for CK Money.Head of Revenue ProductsI led the zero-to-one launch of Instant Transfers (powered by Visa Direct), giving CK Money customers the option to pay a 1.75% fee to withdraw money instantly. We launched the feature in time for tax season, CK Money’s peak growth period, and exceeded performance expectations, adding 15% to top-line revenue. After this launch, I launched Out-of-Network ATM Fees and Cash Deposit for a Fee, creating even more revenue streams for the CK Money. I ran the Revenue Products portfolio like a business, including setting and hitting revenue and loss targets.Head of Credit Karma Credit BuilderI led the zero-to-one launch of Credit Karma’s Credit Builder program press release. The product helps members increase their credit score by 17 points in 3 days, and then delivers continuous score improvements after that. We launched in time for tax season and saw immediate large-scale adoption.I iterated post-launch to optimize for CK Money customer activation, on-time payments, and credit improvement. Following our acquisition of Credit Builder partner SeedFi, I led product integration before transitioning ownership to the acquired team.

Fintech should help people make good financial decisions without hours of research. It should help people stay motivated to make consistent progress toward their goals. It should show people how building wealth can be more fun than buying the next shiny new toy.
