About Neil Maguire

Known for leading digital transformations, Neil is an energy, automotive, software and semiconductor executive who has repeatedly built great products and great teams focused on solving important big picture challenges in energy, transportation and sustainability. Neil is CTO of Scale Microgrids and responsible for software, hardware, product management and technoeconomic modeling organizations.Neil is co-founder and CTO of Clipsal Solar, a Schneider Electric Venture based in Australia. Neil set up software teams in Sydney and Bangalore to deliver a leading home energy management platform and delivered a native consumer-facing iOS app. Neil and team sold the company to Schneider Electric and the products live on as the Schneider Home solution where Neil was CTO.Neil was founder and CEO of Adara Power, one of the pioneers in renewable energy storage with systems deployed in 13 states through a network of 100 solar installers. Neil sold Adara Power in 2020.Neil co-founded and sold a software company in the enterprise software space and created a new business unit and owned the P&L in a large semiconductor company. Neil is a multi-disciplinary engineer with sales, marketing, corporate strategy and executive management experience.
