I lead all facets of small and large projects related to PLM applications from conception through final implementation and roll-out of systems. I act as a liaison between the company and various vendors, and designed detailed specifications required for defect/enhancement resolution while remaining within scope and budgetary specifications. I support corporate projects in the selection, delivery and management of new technology to support business requirements. Responsible for all software used by engineering for ERP/PLM/CRM applications. Integrated multiple systems into one comprehensive CRM system which increased call center capacity by 16.6% through technology and process improvements. Implemented PLM automation to improve engineering process time by 75%. PLM/ERP projects reduced scrap by USD annually. Audited impact of PLM improvement USD over 5 years. I am the project manager for multiple Viking Engineering and IT projects where I lead cross-functional teams to successfully accomplish our goals.
