Neill co-founded ED Executive Search in 2022 - a specialist search firm partnering with clients to find, assess and hire exceptional individuals (executives and non-executives) to lead change and diversity. He also started Edward Drummond & Co (2005 to 2022). With a broad range of manufacturing, technology and sector experience the last 10 years has seen extensive experience within the world of high-hazard manufacturing and in particular Nuclear - in the UK and Globally, working at Board and Operational Leadership levels.
