A highly experienced engineer, resourceful project and risk manager and an enterprising business leader who is able to provide expertise and guidance to deliver optimum solutions to our clients process challenges, which improve output and reliability and achieve success.Neil is a Fellow of the IChemE and Chartered Chemical Engineer with over 20 years\' experience in Project Management, Managing multi-discipline project teams, Leading Process Engineering Teams, leading HAZOP and LOPA studies and process and equipment design to high standards and codes working in the international and UK oil, gas and chemical industries. Project Management of a Gas and Oil processing Projects and Lead process engineer on a number of projects. Projects include a LNG import facility, a FEED studies for UK onshore gas processing facilities, natural gas facilities projects, FEED and detail design of a middle eastern crude oil processing facilities and a UK phenolics processing plant expansion.Neil takes a very active role with the IChemE, being a member of the Professional Formation Forum (PFF), Chairing and being a member of a number of committees and working groups related to membership, and is very active in the membership election process reviewing membership applications, technical papers and interviewing candidates. He also is an active mentor and runs mentor training workshops.
