Calgary, AB, CA

At Impact I lead the development and execution of manufacturing (machining, HVOF, and Laser) and assembly strategies to achieve profitability, sustainability, and alignment with sales goals while ensuring compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards. Together we built ultra-high performance pumps that exceeded customer requirements within budget and to quality expectations. We do build pumps, however, this is accomplished through building inspired high-performing, customer-focused teams through effective leadership and change management. We oversee operational planning, strategic sourcing, inventory management, and lean initiatives to optimize costs and efficiency. Contract management, and continuous improvement programs help deliver measurable improvements in HSE, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
