My role is Technical Lead, responsible for the support and development of our desk and room booking solution (Condeco). 35k colleagues across the globe regularly use this application to plan their time in the office and its my responsibility to ensure its there when they need it and how they need it. I am also responsible for the technical evaluation and delivery of new functionality such as the mobile app, single sign on, booking reminders and how it could potentially integrate with other system to simplify the overall employee experience.I am also investigating how Robot Process Automation can be used to automate repetivite processes and free up our employees valuable time. Along side Artificial Intelligence this will allow our colleagues to focus on more value-add activities and help deliver value to our customers. I also lead the technical discovery, development and delivery of the Our Campus app to our colleagues across NatWest. This role involved looking at how current systems could be integrated with the app to simplify colleague journeys and simplify our overall technical portfolio. Part of my role is investigating how IoT devices can be used to understand how our offices are being used by our colleagues and use this data to improve the workplace for our colleagues.
