ABOUT NEIL FREDMAN
Practicing matrimonial and family law for 42 years, I’ve seen a lot of changes. Laws and procedures evolve, but one thing that hasn’t changed is my basic belief that cases need to settle by people working together to find creative solutions that will work for them and their family going forward. A client should never feel like they are just another case. Every client comes in looking for what’s “fair”, but that definition is different for everyone. We work together collaboratively to allow clients to take control of their lives to find meaningful resolutions for their unique situation. Outside of the office you can find me with my wife, children and grandchild, almost always listening to good music or playing my guitars, and sometimes on the golf course or skiing: I’m really a rock star in a lawyer’s body and live my life to the tunes of The Beatles, the Byrds, and Buffalo Springfield.
