   As Director of Sales & Marketing, I am responsible for the growth of all products across our organization including Raymond forklifts, Dock & Door products, Kardex-Remstar, Engineered Products and aftermarket sales in our Midwest territory and against industry measures. Raymond Storage Concepts specializes in material handling and services. Our company is a leading provider of customized material handling solutions, dedicated to warehouse and fleet optimization. We are the authorized sales and service center in the Midwest for Raymond, a global leader in materials handling technology, expertise and support. My focus is to partner with our executive team to develop and implement long-range business planning, near-term goals and objectives, and resulting organizational policies. I also provide ongoing reporting and oversight to ensure that the organization is delivering against plan and forecasts. I lead our sales organization with a specific focus on our CSR group and its parts and service offering. I am responsible for delivering against key performance metrics, providing executive presence during key customer acquisition and National/Major account management, and managing ongoing training, resource acquisition and development. I also ensure brand consistency with our parent company and across RSCI marketing activities in our region.
