I work at the intersection of product, strategy, and systems thinking — helping organisations design and scale digital capabilities that deliver real customer and business value.In my day-to-day role I lead multidisciplinary teams across Product, Design, Delivery, and Technology, translating complex strategic goals into operating models, products, and services that work in practice.Alongside this, I occasionally advise early-stage founders and mission-driven ventures on product strategy, business models, and market positioning. Much of this work focuses on helping teams clarify the real problem they are solving and understand the systems and incentives shaping their markets.I’m particularly interested in venture building and impact-driven innovation in emerging markets, especially across South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda and Egypt, with a focus on areas such as financial inclusion, digital infrastructure, and technology-enabled access to opportunity.Always happy to connect with founders, investors, and ecosystem builders thinking about how technology and entrepreneurship can create meaningful change.Alongside my leadership work, I advise early-stage founders through Rise Venture Lab, supporting ventures working on complex problems in emerging markets, particularly across South Africa, Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, and Egypt.
