As the National Leader for KPMG in Canada’s Deal Advisory practice, I lead a team of professionals that are committed and driven to providing an integrated approach for our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a transaction. Prior to my current role, I was the National Leader of KPMG in Canada’s market leading Corporate Finance practice, one of the world’s leading transaction advisors. As a Corporate Finance advisor with years of deal making experience, I specialize in mid-market M&A transactions, debt advisory services and business strategy review. Having advised on transactions around the globe, crossing multiple industry sectors, I provide strategic advice to privately-held and private equity owned, mid-market companies as well as large, public multi-nationals. I\'ve lead complex transactions for many of Canada’s largest corporations, private equity funds and mid-market companies and have particular expertise in mid-market private company transactions and complex non-core carve outs.*Views expressed are my own*
