My primary focus is on business restructuring advisory services. I work with businesses seeking to restructure their operations or complete a financial restructuring. This could include operational improvements, the sale of part or all of the business or a re-financing. I have experience with work outs done on both an informal and formal basis (using the restructuring provisions of the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act or the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act). I also work for lenders to evaluate loans in distress, monitor their client\'s performance and realize on their loans (acting as a receiver) if appropriate.
