My journey spans two transformative domains: establishing our Project Management Office (PMO) and launching the Employee Engagement & Learning function within the Community and Employee Engagement Division.Through the PMO, I built scalable systems for cross-departmental collaboration—designing project frameworks, resource planning models, and performance metrics alongside a dedicated Delegate Group.
