Serve as technical lead for design and delivery of the Belize Energy Project, aimed at reducing thewholesale cost of electricity through procurement of new generation capacity and Battery Energy StorageSystems (BESS). Represent MCC in interactions with government and private sector counterparts in Belize, provide oversight of project activities, manage all active contracts and overall project budget. Provide energy sector subject matter expertise on the Cote d’Ivoire Regional Compact, supporting thedesign of a blended finance mechanism to advance a pipeline of renewable energy projects to add domestic capacity as well as for export to neighboring countries in the West African Power Pool (WAPP).
