In 2010 Neil was approached by former employer, Explorer, to return to the company and take up a role as Account Manager within Explorer\'s Oracle team. This role requires strong solutions selling expertise as well as an understanding of all the technology that can support an Oracle database infrastructure. Responsibilities include new business sales, strategic account management, co-ordination with Explorer\'s well respected Oracle Development and Support teams along with external meetings with both Oracle and prospective/existing customers. In 2020 Explorer became a part of DSP, another Oracle Specialized Platinum Partner, the highest possible accreditation bringing the best of both parties together.
