As I reflect on my journey, I realize that my career path has been anything but conventional. Growing up, I struggled to find my passion and viewed jobs simply as a means to an end. Accounting became my default choice - a field I excelled in, yet never truly enjoyed. The allure of financial stability and occasional vacations kept me going, while the solitude of desk work suited my introverted nature.However, a conversation with a co-worker changed my perspective. Witnessing the challenges of balancing work and family ignited a desire for something more meaningful. Network marketing seemed promising apart from:• Massive Introvert• No Sales Experience• No Recruitment ExperienceDespite initial setbacks and fears of stepping out of my comfort zone, I embarked on a journey of self-improvement. Through dedication and perseverance, I achieved moderate success, enough to support my family while being a full-time stay-at-home dad.During this time, a spark of innovation ignited within me as I sought to streamline processes and provide better training for my team with an online system. However, personal challenges such as divorce and the upheaval of the pandemic forced me to reassess my priorities. Transitioning to e-commerce, I co-founded a clothing company, leveraging platforms like Shopify and Etsy. While successful, the high fees and limited profitability prompted a re-evaluation.Amidst the chaos, I emerged stronger and more determined than ever. Recognizing the potential of the system I had developed previously, I, along with my business partner, birthed Learners HQ.
