A career that combines technology innovation, commercial growth, geospatial operations at scale and way too much travel.Now thrilled to be supporting NCTech Ltd delivering affordable and performant mobile mapping integrating 360 degree imagery, LiDAR and survey grade GNSS across the globe.Previously I held the responsibility for mapping Great Britain as COO (and Acting CEO) at Ordnance Survey for over 15 years leading an amazing team of over 800 surveyors, cartographers and software engineers. I am proud to have been involved in the earliest innovations in GPS for surveying and mapping when I supported the market development and system integration of the first GPS systems at Trimble. Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and Royal Geographical Society (FRGS)Member of the Advisory Panel on Public Sector Information (APPSI)- 2009-14 & UK Public Data Group 2013-15 helping HMG develop its national data infrastructure plans.Member of Industrial Advisory Boards to University College London, IEESG University of Nottingham and University of Newcastle.
