Mr. Wotton is an accomplished, results-driven executive with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas and petrochemical industry sectors. Neil has extensive experience in industrial construction projects, maintenance and turnaround services and has worked on and led major projects like Shell Albian Sands Phase 1, Suncor Firebag stage 1 thru 4, Statoil Leismer, Conoco Philips Surmont, MEG Energy Christina Lake, CNRL Kriby lake and Shell Carmon Creek to name a few. Neil began his career in 1988 with HMW Construction Ltd; now AECOM as an Estimator. Neil quickly progressed through the ranks and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including Estimating Manager, General Manager of Project Controls, Director of Project Management, Vice President of Fabrication and Modularization and Divisional Vice President.From 2011 to 2014 Neil led the construction business unit of Flint as Senior Vice President, Facility Infrastructure now called AECOM Oil & Gas Facilities Construction/ Major Projects. In the position of SVP, Neil planned, directed and led the operation in securing construction and energy services business, driving new opportunities in geographical areas, and ensuring project execution excellence, to achieve AECOMs strategy in maximizing shareholders values within the vision and business philosophy. In this role Neil directly reported to the COO and led the riskiest, highest profile business unit within the Flint portfolio, with approximately 3500 employees and average annual construction revenue of $300 to $550M.
