Involved with project, commissioning, start-up and operating GWES well pads pipelines and control stations. Mentoring and coaching national technicians through training plans and operating procedures. Assessing national technicians through CMAS. Coaching national technicians in CoW, Operator work bench using the E Vision systems attached to control of work. Supporting and improving team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices. Supporting in all elements of health, safety, security and environmental aspect for the organisation. Excellent communication skills at all levels while remaining dedicated to ensuring and understanding the company requirements and procedures. Consistently focused on product and process quality, continually trying to improve method. Implementing and supporting effective working practices and systems as required to continuously improve product delivery. Ensuring quality assurance of all work scopes are maintained, and all work is performed in accordance with company policies and the Health and Safety at work act. Dealing efficiently and on own initiative with a high-volume workload. Working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with the ability to consistently meet deadlines with the highest quality whether working solo or as part of a team.
