Neil qualified as a criminal defence solicitor in 2008 after undertaking his training contract with John Holden & Jamieson Fitzpatrick Solicitors. He completed his Law degree and Legal Practice Course at DeMontfort University, Leicester.Neil is a regulatory solicitor and team leader of the cyber, data and information law team at radar advising on information law, data breaches and responses to cyber attacks for a wide client base. Specialising in advising organisations, before, during and after cyber incidents, he plays an important role in incident response, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and legal strategy. As product owner he is integral to developing the cyber product risk management proposition.
