Educating through Care Scotland (EtCS) is a network of 26 residential child care and education organisations, including secure care accommodation - working with local authorities - providing care and education for some of Scotland’s most remarkable children and young people. My role as Coordinator, involves supporting the members to regularly meet in order to share good practice, find solutions to challenges and advocate for / represent the needs of the children and young people in their care at a national and local government level.
