I have the willingness, determination and ability to do whatever it takes to get to where I want to or need to be.I start this new career as a more mature person than the norm, however in line with the proverbial last crack of the whip statement, this makes me the more reliable option, with nothing really to prove however a lot more to offer.I have a keen interest in our traditional built heritage and aim to add the specialism in building conservation to my list of qualifications, enhancing both my knowledge and skills whenever possible along the way.Another interest is Earthquakes! in particular Seismic resilient high rise RC structures. The ability to understand the complexity of such a subject and perhaps contribute at one stage to a better design fascinates me.
