I am one of the founding partners LCF Law (formerly known as Last Cawthra Feather) and now Head up the Personal Law team of 9 lawyers and support staff.Our focus is on managing clients personal affairs and planning their inheritance to benefit those they wish to benefit in the most secure and tax efficient way. From standard wills to complex Trusts; from assisting people to manage a probate to administering large Estates; from Lasting Powers of Attorney to acting as the Court of Protection Deputy the LCF Law group has a wide experience.I and my team are accredited members of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP). At LCF Law we also advise where the terms of a Will are contested following death by family or charities. We are one of the few firms in the North of England to have a member of the Association of Contested Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) within the team
