   Currently serving as a Project Manager Consultant for Los Angeles County Public Works, overseeing multiple hospital projects across the county. Previously served as Interim Director of Facilities at MLK Jr. Community Hospital, overseeing the licensing and accreditation process of the new hospital with the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and The Joint Commission (TJC), as well as establishing and organizing the Facilities Department. Prior to this role, acted as Construction Manager for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works on the MLK Jr. Hospital Project in Los Angeles, CA—a seismically compliant, OSHPD-approved 131-bed facility that featured both new construction and renovation of square feet across a six-story tower and three additional buildings at the original site. Additionally worked as a consultant, serving as Senior Project Manager and Contractor’s Quality Control Manager (CQCM) for several military projects, including FT. Knox Kingsolver Elementary School, the Special Operations Command Center - Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) at Ft. Bragg, NC; the Physical Fitness and Training Facility at Ft. Stewart, GA; and Volar Barracks at Ft. Polk, LA. These projects were contracted under the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), utilizing the QCS Project Management Program. Led the development and implementation of project recovery plans while providing strategic leadership and expertise to management and construction teams, resulting in successful client satisfaction, adherence to construction schedules, and profitability across all sites. Recognition was received from USACE Contracting Officers at Ft. Stewart, who provided recommendations for future projects following positive outcomes. The Savannah District Office commended the achievement of a significant safety turnaround, culminating in an unexpected OSHA inspection and receipt of a 100% Compliance Report.
