In a career spanning close to 30 years as a Supply Chain and Logistics Professional I have been fortunate to have been exposed to various facets of International and Domestic Supply Chains such as, but not limited to, Supply Chain Optimization, Operations Management, Freight Management, Ocean/Air/Domestic Transportation, Trade Compliance, Contracting, Frontline Sales, Trade Route Development, Key Account Management, Industrial Projects Execution and Aviation/Aerospace/Defence Industry Vertical domain expertise.A lot of the solutions I have worked on are tailor made and engineered to customer requirements which also includes moving sensitive and oversized Aerostructures.In these roles, I have had P&L and growth responsibilities and my journey has taken me from Operations to Corporate roles including product development, marketing, product strategy, design and implementation, project management and building domain expertise. I consider myself a people’s person and a consummate professional with experience at leading diverse teams across geographies and working with multiple stake holders. My leadership style is transparent and collaborative with a strong alignment towards decisive actions to drive company goals and enhance employee satisfaction for my team. I have been able to establish a proven track record of setting up and upscaling businesses thanks to my foundations in front line operations and extensive International exposure. With an entrepreneurial mindset and being a lifelong student of Global Logistics, I have mentored many colleagues in their personal career journeys and have developed a liking for mentoring young talent and nurturing their growth.
