As a TA Business Partner, I am the primary contact for Operations Leaders and Hiring Managers across EMEA, representing TA and overseeing hiring strategies. I partner with TA Candidate Partners to manage recruitment for roles from L3 to L7, ensuring alignment on demand, pipeline updates, and securing bar-raising talent. By leveraging commercial acumen, recruitment expertise, and strong relationships, I drive collaboration and support business outcomes.Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for Hiring Managers during the recruitment process.Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.Plan for future demands by understanding growth objectives and ensuring TA readiness.Manage requisitions, ensuring data accuracy and proper closure processes.Lead intake calls to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies.Collaborate with TA Candidate Partners to analyse the talent landscape and provide insights to Hiring Managers.Monitor sourcing progress, manage expectations, and provide regular updates.Deliver actionable insights through reports on recruitment activity and metrics.Prepare candidates for onsite interviews, ensuring they are fully briefed.Conduct pre-brief and debrief sessions, ensuring bar-raising hiring decisions.Reject non-inclined candidates promptly, maintaining a positive experience and managing pipeline opportunities.Close bar-raising candidates using tailored offers and addressing individual motivators.Build and extend offers aligned with Amazon’s compensation philosophy.Coordinate with Employee Services and escalate complex onboarding cases to the Experience team when needed.Drive process improvements and implement strategies supporting Amazon’s long-term hiring goals.This role enables me to combine strategic planning with hands-on recruitment to deliver outstanding results, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.
