Lead PAC sessions with senior leadership to determine if a product should receive funding and then, if it was ready to launch. • Guide innovation from Z21 to general release. Ensure the GTM, Competitive Landscape, Pricing Model, Market Context and other areas of the process are adhered to. • Own the Product Tracker and financials dashboard. Tracks the status of all products from start-up to launch. • Provides insights to a variety of audiences up to CEO and Chief Commercialization Officer. • Responsible for the Product Launch Tech Showcase to be held twice a year at a major resort to display upcoming products to executives in a conference setting. Leading experts from technology are guest speakers.
