I am currently a lead engineer within the electronics function. I am responsible for the following: The recruitment and people management aspects of RF/Microwave/EMC engineers within the electronics department. The recruitment and skill development of graduates and apprentice electronic engineers. The recruitment and development of internships and scholarships within electronic engineering. Liaison with partner universities departments of electrical/electronic engineering. The management and improvement of RF/Microwave/EMC tools and processes. Technical training, skill and behavioural development for electronic engineering. Electronics resource management planning and deployment. In addition I support a number of project by acting as an independent chairman of design reviews for RF/microwave designs. I also provide industrial supervision to company sponsored Phd, EngD and academic research.
