A lateral thinker with a detailed knowledge of accounting who enjoys solving difficult problems using analytical and accounting skills, systems design and implementation. I can integrate into existing teams and can also lead a team whilst encouraging contributions from all members. Having worked as a consultant for a range of businesses in many countries, employing these skills was vital for positive outcomes. Whilst working with start-up businesses, building the right team and also being the figurehead has allowed me to develop my strategic approach to a business. This in turn appeals to my natural creativity. My experiences working with many consumer credit businesses has led to a detailed understanding of compliance and dealings with the Financial Conduct Authority.Being on the board of the relevant Trade Associations has allowed me a wider knowledge and keeps me abreast of the industry as a whole.
