ABOUT NEIL PINTO
Neil Pinto has 30 years experience of consultancy assignments in the power sector worldwide, concentrating specifically in all aspects of planning. He has specialised in projects in the developing world, and has experience in the management of multi-disciplinary teams. His expertise covers techno-economic and managerial aspects of the electricity sector. He has been involved in, and led, projects associated with pricing and tariff formulation, privatisation and restructuring, regulation, and the development of both private and public sector projects. He has authored a number of technical papers and has led courses on aspects of electricity planning for private sector clients and the World Bank.
