ABOUT NEIL PENDLETON

As Head of U.S. Client Solutions for Property Management, our group’s focus is to help our Property Management business grow. We do this in multiple ways: Lead and integrate several existing teams under the Client Solutions umbrella. Collectively, this team will oversee our go-to-market positioning for existing clients, support national new business development for new clients and expand existing client relationships within the company for Property Management. As we aim to enhance our connections with our clients and demonstrate CBRE’s differentiated value in the market through our people, our capabilities, and our service culture, our Client Solutions team will work closely with Marketing and Research on key initiatives to support this effort. Two critical priorities will be overseeing the Property Management brand initiative already underway with Marketing, and establishing our new Property Management Center of Excellence, designed to support all of our Market Leaders with greater tools and resources to drive growth. I will also be responsible for the creation of a national pitch team to support multi-market pursuits for major clients, including continued growth of Host and enhancing our Client Success Program initiative to deepen our largest client relationships. In parallel to these efforts, I am also the national practice leader for our Property Management Life Sciences Practice Group, currently encompassing seven major markets across the country. Previously, I was the leader for our downtown Investor Services since early 2019, overseeing Property Management across the entire Chicago market as well as our Office Investor Leasing team. Prior to that, I started my career at CBRE within Project Management, most recently running the Midwest Region before stepping into the Investor Services portion of our Advisory business.#goodsmartdriven
