I have a proven track record of leading and managing the People function for Keltbray, a UK-based specialist engineering, construction, decommissioning and environmental services business that operates in the infrastructure and built environment sectors.As the Group People Director and a member of the Executive Board, I am responsible for the strategic and operational delivery of HR, Shared Services & Systems, Learning & Development, Recruitment and Communications across the group.
