ABOUT NEIL NORMAN

I’m the Head of Scotland at Cooper Parry, supporting entrepreneurial businesses, their owners and their investors across everything from EIS and share schemes to M&A and global expansion. I’ve spent years helping founders take their ideas from “just getting started” to multi million pound exits, and then backing the next generation of entrepreneurs. Alongside my client work, I’m focused on building CP’s presence across Scotland: hiring brilliant talent, scaling our impact and embedding the CP way – brave, adventurous, refreshingly real. I love working with driven, focused entrepreneurs and people who take big bets on themselves. I didn’t exactly plan this career, I fell into it, but the #nowrongpath mantra brought me somewhere that feels exactly right. Outside the day job, I’m either dissecting sport, planning the next travel adventure or quietly hoping Hearts will lift the Scottish Premier League one day (maybe, just maybe this is the year!). Mauritius is top of the travel bucket list, and until then, you’ll find me fully immersed in growing something exciting here at CP Scotland.
