I am based in our London office advising on public and private acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions. I have over 25 years\' experience having joined Dentons as a trainee in am recognised as a Top Mid Cap M&A lawyer in MergerLinks\' 2023 rankings and by both Legal 500, and Chambers & Partners directories as a Leading Individual.My significant M&A experience covers both the UK and cross border, particularly multi-jurisdictional transactions. I am a client relationship partner for a number of Dentons\' key clients including Informa plc and Capita plc.I have particular equity capital markets experience, including advising in relation to the FCA Listing Rules, the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange and the UK Takeover Code.
