Led cross-functional delivery across Finance, IT and Systems (20+ stakeholders), including UAT and go-live readiness, ensuring successful implementation of Phase 1 within agreed timelines. Delivered enhanced MI and dashboard reporting (business unit and department level), enabling drill-down analytics, improved cost visibility and AI predictive forecasting to support faster, insight-driven decision-making at SLT level.
