HR & OD Business Partner to 6 Heads and 3 Directors. Deputising for Head of HR. HR lead for people and culture strategy, wellbeing, employee engagement, market hall redevelopment project, corporate induction and health and safety. Establishing a baseline for HR activity and ability to compare against other organisations-Sharing and driving recruitment best practice. CV usage, candidate packs, website updates, occupational testing advice-Updating of Staff Wellbeing Resources -Microsoft Viva adoption and rollout-Design and delivery of Sexual Harassment Training-Delivery of wide range of OD activities-“Getting the best out of you” reasonable adjustment and carers tool-Organisation and delivery of corporate induction days from December.
