Extensive Restructuring experience (Advisory and Insolvency) having worked in the KPMG LLP North Advisory team since graduating from Lancaster University in 2003 through to the KPMG Restructuring Team forming Interpath Advisory in 2021. My skills and experience includes Advisory projects from cash management, contingency planning, IBR\'s, option reviews, Sale of Business processes and formal insolvency appointments (Administrations, CVA\'s and Liquidations). I also completed an 18 month secondment with a high street UK bank, working in their Business Support team to gain experience of their processes and approach to managing risk and supporting businesses which are in stress / distress.My passion and focus has always been on helping businesses to create value and improve efficiency in order to achieve sustainable growth and success. I have worked and supported businesses across a wide range of sectors, including- Manufacturing- Retail- Construction- Technology (including start ups)- Food and Drink; and- EnergyI recently moved into industry as the Commercial Director at Really Useful Products Ltd, to personally implement the skills and experiences I have learnt and developed from my Advisory work, by helping an innovative and entrepreneurial business to grow in an efficient, effective, profitable and cash generative way.
