Working closely with Product to ensure quality features and functionality are successfully delivered. Ensuring relevant metrics and KPI’s are reported and tracked, and that defect leakage trends downwards over time. Ensuring projects are estimated, resourced, scoped, and delivered successfully and on time. Developing comprehensive quality test strategies and plans for all assigned development projects including the construction of data sets, testing environments, test cases, and scripts/procedures. Ensuring continual re-evaluation of tooling and methodologies, maximising ROI whilst ensuring best practices are followed, with the customer at the centre of everything we do. Designed and delivered the Software Developer in Test career program, mentoring Functional Testers through a combination of hands-on technical tasks and an online syllabus. Extensive experience of test management in numerous SDLC’s including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
