ABOUT NEIL MCSHANE
Experienced property professional with background in commercial property investments in NI and across the UK. I joined Lambert Smith Hampton in as a placement student, re-joining full-time after completing my degree in Estate Management from Ulster University. I became a chartered surveyor with the RICS in 2004 and was elevated to Fellow status in 2013.At LSH, I progressed to Director within the Capital Markets division, specialising in underwriting significant multi-let investment properties, shopping centre asset management and development consultancy. I also spearheaded the market research project with in-house Research Analyst, Dr Claire Shaw, establishing our team as leading experts in NI property market trends. In 2018, I founded INPRIO LTD, a niche investment consultancy focussing on property acquisitions and disposals. After 5 successful and enjoyable years at INPRIO, I returned in 2023 as Managing Director of Lambert Smith Hampton Ireland, the largest commercial property consultancy in NI, providing comprehensive real estate services across the UK.
