ABOUT NEIL MACLEOD
Neil MacLeod BSc (Hons), ACA, ATII - I am a senior tax professional with almost forty years’ experience in the UK and internationally. I am a Mathematics graduate of The University of Edinburgh and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Adviser. Before 2005, I worked in several of the major accounting firms in the UK and Middle East, latterly as a Director in the oil and gas group of Arthur Andersen and then Deloitte. Since 2005 I have been in the oil industry. Until 2012 I was at a large E&P company and then at Weatherford where I was the tax director for Europe, Russia and Sub-Saharan Africa. I joined Borr Drilling in 2021 and became Head Of Tax in Dec 2025.
