Principal-level cloud and platform architect with a background spanning infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security-sensitive environments.My work sits primarily at the technical decision, architecture, and judgment layer, rather than day-to-day individual contributor delivery. I help organisations make sound cloud, platform, and security decisions as systems scale and the cost of failure increases — particularly where regulatory, operational, and business constraints intersect.I am currently UK-based and actively orienting my next role toward APAC, with a strong preference for Thailand and Singapore, either through relocation or regionally scoped roles.Alongside my full-time role, I advise a small number of growing technology teams on cloud architecture, platform strategy, and security risk. This work is advisory in nature, focused on technical decision support, risk reduction, and long-term platform health — while remaining close enough to implementation realities to be practical and defensible.My background spans finance, government, OEM, gaming, and media. I am often brought in as a senior escalation point or trusted technical sounding board for engineering and leadership teams during periods of growth, transition, or increased complexity.I’m typically engaged when teams need help navigating complex architectural trade-offs, reducing operational drag, or balancing security, reliability, cost, and developer experience at scale.Particular interests include cloud security, platform engineering, and large-scale or multi-account AWS environments — where experience, judgment, and context matter more than tools alone.Comfortable working across cultures and time zones, with experience supporting distributed and international teams.
