Most small businesses don’t get hacked because someone targets them personally.They get hacked because they were the easiest door to push on.I started Attacker Mindset Consulting after spending time in the industry reading security reports that were packed with findings (CVEs, CVSS scores, technical detail) but left the people reading them no clearer on what to actually do. A list of vulnerabilities isn’t a plan. And without a plan, most of it gets filed away and forgotten.So I built a practice around the thing that was missing: clarity. What does this mean for your business? What’s the real risk? And what are the two or three things you should do first?My background is in offensive security. That means I don’t just look at your defences — I try to break through them, the same way an attacker would. Web applications, cloud identity, physical access, your email domain. If there’s a way in, I want to find it first.But I’m not here to sell you fear.The businesses I work with are usually SMEs. They’ve got a product to ship, clients to serve, and a team to look after. They don’t need a 200-page compliance document they’ll never read.
