Carrying out scheduled and ad-hoc statutory fire safety inspections and checks within the cities HRRB stock. Working alongside various internal departments including Technical and Commercial Services and Development by assisting with and advising on a variety of refurbishment project M&E and Fire Safety queries to ensure building regulations and the FSO are complied with, exceeded and future proofed wherever possible. Working with the Estates and Housing Management departments to ensure all HRRB communal areas are maintained to a safe and acceptable standard and to prevent antisocial behaviour in such areas. Also working on the development of the HRRB\'s Building Safety Cases.
