My career has evolved from hands-on electrical maintenance and engineering to senior-level management, where I now lead multidisciplinary teams in system design, integration, and production execution.I specialize in electrical system design, ship repair and modernization, and new-construction leadership, using data-driven methods and Earned Value Management (EVM) to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and compliant with NAVSEA and ABS standards.
