A member of the Board since 2013, I have overall responsibility for delivery of the core services of the company - Medical Assistance, Network & Supply Chain, Claims, Recoveries, Fraud Investigations and Medical Screening. Responsibilities extend to cover key client relationship management, commercial contracts, compliance and risk management.In 2015 I was part of the MBO team that in turn completed the sale of the company to Charles Taylor in 2016.With the backing and support our new parent, the business is now well placed to grow in its established Retail and Corporate markets, both in the U.K. and internationally. Added to this capability is the delivery of new ground breaking digital solutions in association with InsurTech (a Charles Taylor company) that will innovate customer service solutions, create opportunity for new products and ensure clients benefit with improved cost control and gain competitive advantage.
